📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices from suppliers and vendors
• Maintain accurate records of all payable transactions using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Ensure timely payment of invoices according to agreed terms
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable ledgers
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in payable transactions
• Prepare and submit monthly payable reports to management
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
• Proficient in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
