Medical Representative (Manado)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other medical practitioners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure optimal product representation and customer satisfaction.
• Educate healthcare professionals about the benefits and uses of our products, using your extensive product knowledge and strong communication skills.
• Track and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
• Manage your assigned territory, visiting hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities regularly.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to your work.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical representation, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, including their benefits, uses, and side effects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
• Valid SIMA (Surat Izin Memasarkan Alat Kesehatan) and SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi).
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
