As a Delivery Rider / Dispatch Assistant, you'll be responsible for managing deliveries, ensuring products arrive on time and in perfect condition. You'll use our fleet of motorcycles to navigate Bali's diverse landscapes, from bustling cities to scenic countryside routes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate deliveries of automotive supplies and finishes to various workshops and garages across Bali.
• Use GPS and delivery management software to plan and optimize delivery routes.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and service the company's fleet of motorcycles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for daily use.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to deliveries promptly.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth and effective delivery operations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a delivery rider or similar role.
• Valid motorcycle driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Bali's geography and traffic conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Familiarity with delivery management software such as SAP or similar systems.
• Basic mechanical skills to maintain and service motorcycles.
