📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other ATS tools.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule follow-ups.
• Support the recruitment team in maintaining and updating job postings on various job boards.
• Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and career fairs.
• Help maintain a candidate database and track application progress.
• Assist in preparing and presenting recruitment reports to the HR team.
• Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other ATS tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Bali work permit (if applicable).
