📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including room assignments and key distribution.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
• Promote hotel amenities and special offers to guests, upselling when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all tools and systems are in working order.
• Assist with event planning and execution, including arranging transportation and accommodations for event attendees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in PMS and CRM software.
• Familiarity with local attractions and services in Kuta, Bali.
