📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create accurate and detailed 3D models of architectural and interior design projects using Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max.
• Develop high-quality renderings and animations to showcase design concepts.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure 3D models meet project requirements.
• Present 3D visualizations to clients and stakeholders to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D modeling techniques and software updates.
• Contribute to the development of design standards and best practices within the team.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D modeling and design, preferably in the architecture and interior design industry.
• Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing previous 3D modeling and design work.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) principles is a plus.
