📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist international travelers with their travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage bookings and reservations using our in-house system and travel management tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in organizing and promoting travel packages and special offers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our travel offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of traveler information and transactions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in an inbound tourism role.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using travel management software such as Amadeus, Sabre, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of Bali's tourism products and services is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
