📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and develop key client accounts, ensuring their technical and operational needs are met with the highest level of service and expertise.
• Provide comprehensive technical support and consultation to clients, from initial needs assessment to project implementation and ongoing maintenance.
• Leverage industry knowledge and technical skills to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' specific requirements and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery of projects and solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to proactively address clients' challenges and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and communication.
• Monitor and analyze client performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of service quality.
• Participate in sales activities, including proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing, to drive business growth and revenue.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical or engineering role within the electrical distribution or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, equipment, and standards, such as IEEE, NEC, and UL.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software and tools, including AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
• Ability to travel frequently to client sites and work in diverse and challenging environments.
