📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage inventory levels of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment across multiple hospital locations in Bekasi.
• Develop and implement inventory control strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy and compliance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to place orders and negotiate contracts for medical supplies and equipment.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.
• Work with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment.
• Provide inventory reports and insights to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards for inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory planning and management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
