• Oversee distributor coordination and sales promotion activities to ensure optimal product placement and market penetration.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive export growth and market expansion.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in international markets.
• Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with distributors and international partners.
• Monitor sales performance using Salesforce and SAP, and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to build relationships and generate business leads.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international business, sales, or a similar role in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of success in driving export growth and market expansion.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Salesforce and SAP is a plus.
