📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate and comprehensive job postings.
  • Sourcing and attracting top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screening and evaluating job applicants to identify the most qualified candidates.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to gather information about candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiating offers and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of the local labor market and industry trends to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Providing regular reports and updates to hiring managers on the status of recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborating with other HR team members to ensure a coordinated and effective recruitment process.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of the local labor market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
