📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Manage kitchen inventory and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.,Train and supervise junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare daily meal plans and menus.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to kitchen operations improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cook in a professional kitchen.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Valid food safety and hygiene certifications.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
