In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and brand development initiatives to enhance our brand presence and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand management and a deep understanding of the Indonesian market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.,Lead and manage brand development projects, ensuring they align with company goals and market trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.,Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.,Create and manage brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.,Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional media.,Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and objectives.,Measure and report on the performance of marketing initiatives to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or a similar role.,Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
