The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and a passion for driving security excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement security governance frameworks that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.,Lead and mentor a team of security professionals to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.,Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating security risks.,Monitor and report on security performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security controls are integrated into business processes.,Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies to proactively address emerging threats.,Provide guidance and training to employees on security best practices and awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in security governance, GRC, or a related field.,Certifications such as CISM, CISA, or CRISC are highly desirable.,Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and NIST.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing security programs.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
