📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting store audits to identify sales opportunities and implement improvement strategies.,Training and mentoring store staff to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.,Developing and implementing effective sales promotions and marketing campaigns.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to the management team.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.,Participating in inventory management and ensuring optimal stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
