📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local job market and recruitment trends in Makassar.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
