📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of various projects.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.,Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure they are on track.,Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues.,Mentor and train junior engineers and site staff.,Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in site engineering.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
