📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide first-line IT support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and availability.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior IT support staff.,Coordinate with other IT departments to ensure seamless operation of IT services.,Document and maintain IT service records and reports.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with IT security best practices.,Certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus.
