📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits.,Identify and assess risks, controls, and compliance issues.,Develop and implement internal audit plans and procedures.,Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.,Provide recommendations for improving processes and controls.,Prepare and present audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the internal audit team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Professional certification in internal auditing, such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or equivalent.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using internal audit software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
