Apotek Elsa Bakso is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. As an Operations Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our pharmacy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management, ordering, and restocking.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Assist in the preparation and distribution of medications and products.

Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.

Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.

Assist in training new staff members.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with pharmacy software and systems is a plus.

Knowledge of Indonesian language is required.

English language skills are a plus.
