Food Smart Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to join our team in Pekalongan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the head chef in preparing and cooking food, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing food service company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare and cook food for events, catering, or restaurant services.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily production targets.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (on-site and remote tasks).,Valid food handler's certificate and other relevant certifications.
