📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow the client base by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
