📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of new medical facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement project schedules using Primavera P6, monitoring progress and addressing any delays.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate patient care needs into project designs.
• Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Train and mentor junior project managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare facilities development or project management.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficient in using project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, including HACCP and ISO certifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and timeliness.
