📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the Halal certification process for all products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage and maintain Halal certification documentation, including certificates, audit reports, and other relevant records.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure ongoing compliance with Halal standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address any issues or concerns related to Halal compliance.
• Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes and industry trends in Halal certification.
• Provide training and support to staff on Halal certification procedures and requirements.
• Coordinate with external certification bodies and auditors as needed.
• Ensure all Halal certification processes are efficient and meet the company’s quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Islamic Studies, Food Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Halal certification, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
• Certification in Halal certification, such as the Halal Certification Program or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Halal regulations and standards, including those set by the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
