📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of training programs and initiatives.,Coordinate with the Training Manager to ensure the smooth execution of training activities.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, providing support and guidance to participants.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant attendance.,Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and resources.,Support the Training Manager in the development of training budgets and schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with training software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
