📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve store targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role,Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum
