📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Schedule and conduct initial interviews with candidates.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in preparing and distributing job postings on various platforms.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Assist in organizing recruitment events and fairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required; English proficiency is a plus.,Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
