📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record in managing financial operations.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a finance team, and drive financial performance.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Certifications in finance or accounting, such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA, are a plus.
