📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems in projects.,Ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of electrical infrastructure.,Work closely with project managers and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality electrical solutions.,Train and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety standards.,Develop and implement electrical system designs that meet project requirements and industry standards.,Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to source and procure materials and equipment.,Prepare and submit technical reports, drawings, and specifications for projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing electrical projects from conception to completion.,Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.,Proficiency in using electrical design software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with electrical system maintenance and troubleshooting.
