📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct inquiries about the company, products, and services.,Assist with check-in and check-out processes for customers and visitors.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle and manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages.,Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.,Provide information about the company and its offerings.,Ensure the safety and security of the premises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer applications and software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
