📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations.,Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Create and maintain a menu that meets the needs of our patients and staff, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.,Manage food costs and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Collaborate with the clinic's management team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a healthcare or hospitality setting.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with menu planning and cost management.,Familiarity with healthcare or hospitality industry practices is a plus.,Valid food handler's permit.
