📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and software.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Assist with IT projects and upgrades.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems.,Provide training and documentation for IT systems and processes.,Respond to IT helpdesk tickets and incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with common IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good understanding of data security and privacy.,Certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus.
